Some Siemens phones can be loaded with ringtones and logos with the //SEO file format. This file format can be created out of both bmp's for logos and midi's for ringtones. These files are binary and must be sent in 8 bit format. You can create these files using ringtone tools with the following command:

ringtonetools hemglass.midi hemglass.seo
ringtonetools picture.bmp picture.seo

From, for example, the hemglass.midi file, Ringtone Tools will create first of all a file called hemglass.seo which will contain the file names for the actual binary files created that should be sent to your phone. For example hemglass.seo would also create a hemglass1.seo, hemglass2.seo, hemglass3.so, hemglass4.seo, and hemglass5.seo. So anywy here's how it goes. The first file (hemglass.seo) contains the file names of the binaries (useful for maybe a PHP or Perl script to read) and the binary files are what you need to send to the phone.

Note: Siemens ringtones are created by the output file extension .seo. For more info read the ringtonetools usage.
